2. ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Lennan Inc. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All Lennan products are handcrafted using premium ingredients.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in appearance, decoration, color, size, weight, and packaging may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product photographs displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

4. FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGENS

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including:

• Milk
• Eggs
• Wheat (Gluten)
• Soy
• Peanuts
• Tree Nuts
• Sesame

Although we follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before placing an order.

Lennan Inc. is not responsible for allergic reactions or medical conditions resulting from the consumption of our products.

5. PRODUCT CARE & QUALITY

Many of our products are temperature-sensitive and should be stored according to the provided care instructions immediately after pickup or delivery.

Lennan Inc. is not responsible for any loss of freshness or quality resulting from:

• Improper storage
• Exposure to heat or direct sunlight
• Delayed refrigeration
• Mishandling
• Failure to follow storage instructions
• Any circumstances occurring after pickup or successful delivery

6. PICKUP & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery addresses.

Lennan Inc. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect customer information, weather conditions, traffic, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the products transfers to the customer immediately upon pickup or successful delivery.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and in accordance with food safety standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Refunds
• Replacements

under any circumstances once an order has been picked up or delivered.

8. CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom, personalized, corporate, wedding, event, and made-to-order products are final sale.

Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, refunded, or replaced.

9. PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is prepared unless otherwise agreed by Lennan Inc.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, product photographs, packaging designs, graphics, text, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Lennan Inc.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lennan Inc.'s total liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered.

Lennan Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, delivery, storage, use, or consumption of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Lennan Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website or placing an order with Lennan Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
