Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive products at the delivery address.

If an incorrect address is provided, Lennan Inc. is not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected deliveries.

6. PICKUP ORDERS

Customers should pick up their orders at the scheduled date and time.

7. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
